Dianne has been involved in Real Estate since 1993, initially as an estate agent and latterly as a valuer. She was the financial director of the KwaZulu-Natal Institute of Realtors from 1998 until 2001. Dianne completed the National Diploma in Real Estate (Property Valuation) and passed the admission examination in September 2009.
She is registered as a Professional Valuer (Reg No. 6479) with the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession since 2013 and has been a member of the South African Institute of Valuers (SAIV) and a KZN Branch Executive since 2009.
Dianne received her MBA in 2020. In May 2023, she was elected as President of the SAIV.
She also serves on the Audit and Risk committee for the Office of the Valuer General.

Jan Oberholzer received his B. Tech Real Estate (Property Valuation) qualification from UNISA in 2005.

He boasts a wealth of experience within the property valuations space and the property sector at large.

His work history saw him work at financial institutions such as ABSA Bank where he focused on residential, commercial and agricultural valuations. During his tenure at Absa, he enjoyed considerable growth as regional manager and then national manager. Jan later moved to Auction Alliance where he worked as national manager in valuations and advisory services.

Jan has a wealth of experience in specialised property valuations including commercial mines and quarries, filling stations, hotels, and holiday resorts just to name a few.

He has lectured on specialised fields of Property Valuation at major universities and is currently running his own practise, Advanced Valuers.

Gerrie Minnaar is a registered estate agent since 1983. He is NQF 5 qualified and is a master practitioner in real estate. He started a commercial estate agency business in Centurion in 1987 specialising in the sales and leasing of commercial property in Pretoria in the name of BSA Eiendomme. He also headed a commercial property management company BSA Property Managers for a number of years. He was also a director of commercial property broker Lyons in Pretoria and in 2002 obtain the commercial property franchise licence of Engel and Völkers for Pretoria. Since 2010 he is the owner and principal of CRI Properties exerting his knowledge, skills and experience as a commercial property practitioner in Pretoria for the past 36 years. Over the years he has compiled a data base of all A and B grade office buildings in the Tshwane Metro comprising approximately 3,8 million square meters of office space.
He registered as a candidate valuer in 1984 and obtained his National Diploma in Property Valuation from the Wits Technicon in 1990. He is a Professional Valuer specialising in residential, commercial and industrial valuations in conjunction with his activities as a commercial property practitioner specialising in the sale and leasing of office properties. He is also a member of the SAIV

growth. Under Malcolm’s leadership Broll is recognised as an international market leader, renowned for progress, integrity and client excellence and has received multiple international
awards under his direction.

Horne’s achievements include, amongst others, securing an affiliation agreement with globaly real estate giant, Cushman & Wakefield, at a critical junction in the future of Broll, as well as playing an instrumental role in continually increasing the revenue through his drive to secure new clients.

Nicky received her Masters in Economics from the University of Stellenbosch in 1994 and soon advised government on economic procedures and policies in her capacity as an economist in the Central Economic Advisory Service, since integrated into the President's Office.

Her experiences in the banking, securities and brokering industries ensured her a broader knowledge of a wide range of fields within economics, including sector analysis, fixed investment trends and the relationship between real economic trends and developments within the financial markets. At Nedbank, Nicky has focused most of her energies on trends in the overall economy, looking at cycles in the economic growth, inflation and interest rates. She regularly does talks all over South Africa to a variety of audiences like Business Forums, Property Groups, large Corporate firms, Government entities, etc.

Patrick Katabua is French and English speaking, and has over 15years of Real Estate Experience covering African Markets. Prior to joining Cushman and Wakefiled|Broll, Patrick was an Account Director at CBRE|Excellerate in the Africa Division, and also assumed the role of Lead for Francophone Territories. Patrick has provided value to key clients including Standard Chartered Bank, Unilever, Novartis, US Embassy, China Communications Construction Company, to name a few.
He previously worked in the banking sector for 10 years, as Senior Deal Maker focusing on Africa Commercial Property Finance for various Banks in Africa (ABSA, Standard Bank, FNB). He has a M.Sc Building Degree from Witwatersrand University (RSA), and successfully completed the “Doing Business in Africa” short course in collaboration with GIBS Business School (Johannesburg)l, Strathmore Business School (Nairobi) and Lagos Business School (Lagos). He recently completed an MBA at GIBS Business School, and received top Honours for the Management Consulting Boot Camp.
A fellow of the RICS, he is constantly engaging and collaborating with various parties to enhance and improve ways of doing business

Roshinee has obtained a B.Adm degree with Economics & Public Administration majors; the ND in Property Valuation; CEA; Certificates in Sugarcane Agriculture; Project Management; Monitoring and Evaluation and completed several courses that have assisted in the Industry and environment she works in. Also accredited as a Trainer and Assessor.

She joined the eThekwini Metro in 1988 and commenced her career in property valuations in June 1989. In mid-2006 she went into private practice, a sole member of (RNPC) Roshinee Naidoo Property Consultants cc. Since 2007, the bulk of her work was in the MPRA space at the KZN Department of Co-Operative Governance and Traditional Affairs (COGTA). Project Managing the implementation of the MPRA from 2007 until March 2018 in all KZN municipalities.

At the end of March 2018, she left KZN Cogta as the Deputy Director: Municipal Finance (MPRA) due to multiple Board and Committee appointments.

Roshinee was the first woman of colour to qualify and to be registered as a Professional Valuer in SA, a Sworn Appraiser appointed in terms of s6 (1) of the Administration of Estates Act. She has won several awards for her achievements. One such notable award was winning both the Regional and National title from the Women’s Property Network for being Professional of the Year: The Public Sector. Roshinee was also one of many advisors to the previous MEC: Local Government and Traditional Affairs (LGTA) on MPRA matters; served on Valuation Appeal Boards across KZN, served on the South African Institute of Valuers (SAIV), both at the National and KZN Branch Executive level for over 10 years, the former Vice Chair of the KZN Branch Executive in April 2013/April 2014. She was also part of the editorial Panel for the SA Valuer.

She is the immediate past Vice President of SACPVP. Whilst at SACPVP, she served two terms, 8 years in total, was Chairperson of the PR&M and Education and Standards Committee of SACPVP. Lectured to students at the SACPVP Work school and presented at Seminars on MPRA. She presented the MPRA Standards at the Afres Conference in Accra, Ghana in 2022.

She also served on the Local Government Sector & Training Authority (LGSETA) Accounting Authority, serving both in Fincom and Remco. She was appointed to the SSETA Real Estate and Related services Chamber (RERSC) and Chairperson of the Valuation Cluster.

Roshinee is currently the Chairperson of the VRAC (Valuation Review & Advisory Committee) of the Office of the Valuer General; recently appointed to the Women in AFRES Executive responsible for the Southern Region which comprise 10 countries and to the University of Free State (UFS) Academic Advisory Board (AAB).
