Corné Louw is the National Manager at DDP Property Valuers, steering the company's municipal valuation interest. As a professional valuer registered with the SACPVP, SAIV, and MRICS, she has 18 years of extensive experience in property valuations, specialising in municipal rating and asset valuations. She grew up in Beaufort-West in the Karoo, where her deep-rooted love for nature and family sprouted. Her academic journey started with completing her N5 in Computer Studies at Stellenbosch Technical College and a National Diploma in Public Relations at Technikon SA. Her passion for real estate earned her a National and Advanced Diploma in Real Estate from UNISA and the University of Johannesburg, respectively. In 2021, she achieved her B.Com Hons in Property Valuation and Management from the University of Johannesburg, receiving the prestigious Top Achiever Award. With a passion for continuous learning, Corné is currently pursuing her M.Com in Property Investment, where her dissertation will focus on industry-specific technological advancement through the deployment of artificial intelligence.

Dr. Steven Ngubeni currently holds the esteemed position of Chairperson at the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA), where he serves as the inaugural chairperson. His extensive expertise encompasses a wide spectrum of fields, including town/ urban and regional planning, real estate development, investment and valuation, as well as leadership and management within the public sector. Dr. Ngubeni has accumulated over 15 years of experience in executive roles across various government levels, having made significant contributions in local municipalities, state entities, and state departments. His service extends to multiple boards, including the Mpumalanga Town Planning Tribunal and the Valuation and Appeals Board (VAB) of the Nkangala District Municipality.

Currently, Dr. Ngubeni actively serves on the boards of both the PPRA, the Audit, Governance and Risk Committee at the Johannesburg Social Housing Company (JOSHCO), and the Ebuhleni Academy, a non-profit organization. His academic journey has taken him to prestigious institutions both in his home country and abroad, where he has earned several degrees, including four master's degrees in various fields and a PhD in the field of real estate. His research interests include mass valuation, municipal valuation, valuation for land reform, and valuation approaches and models. He is registered as both a professional planner and a professional associate valuer. Dr. Ngubeni is driven by a profound passion for real estate, regulatory matters, public, administration, leadership, and academia.

Mr. Newmarch is a registered Professional Land Surveyor and Professional GISc Practitioner with 26-years of experience in Land Surveying and 9 years GISc experience.

Mr Newmarch has experience in all manner of Geomatics (Land Surveying and GIS) works – from field, office and legal practice, client acquisition, specifications, data capture, calculations, investigations, problem identification and rectification, reports, costings and financial management of the projects (and business) through to legal aspects of geomatics (and implications of rights) and practice as well as functioning of Government, applications processes and applicable legislation, including planning law.

In recent years, Mr Newmarch has focused more on the Legal and Development Planning processes of rights in land (including Sectional Titles) to ensure the entire geomatics workflow from feasibility to completion is seamlessly achieved in a productive and efficient manner, minimising risk and ensuring project completions and transfer flows.

In addition to his business, he was in June 2011 appointed President of the South African Geomatics Institute (SAGI) and provides leadership to the surveying profession and deals with all matters affecting the geomatics industry, regularly engaging business, government and parliament on geomatics and development related matters.
