Richard Rembold Professional Valuer at Spectrum Valuations & Asset Solution Richard completed his matric in 1980 but only started his Property Valuation career in 2004 with LRM Property Valuers. Prior to his career within the Real Estate Industry, he worked within the telecommunications industry where he completed his T3 National Telecommunications Diploma in 1985 and B.Tech Degree: Business Administration 1998. Once his Property Valuation career started, he completed his CEA: Certificated of Estate Agency in 2006 and National Diploma: Real Estate - Property Valuation in 2008. In 2018 he acquired a Certificate in timber valuations by attending a Timber Valuation Course presented by UCT. From 2010 to date he has been employed at Spectrum Valuations & Asset Solutions and has approximately 15 years’ experience in the valuation of timber for various institutions and private clients throughout KwaZulu-Natal
