CANCELLATION POLICY
* WEBINARS:
· Cancellation must be made 24 hours prior to the WEBINAR in order to receive a full refund.
· If cancellation is not received within 24 hours no refund will be processed.
· Should you not sign in for the webinar, you will not be refunded.
· Delegates who have registered and not paid will still be held liable for the amount outstanding.
* RECORDED WEBINARS:
. Webinar recordings are non-refundable once a link to the recording has been issued.
* OTHER EVENTS:
. Payment is due on receipt of the invoice
. No cash payments will be accepted at the event.
. Cancellation must be made in writing 3 working days prior to the event.
. Delegates who do not cancel in time will be held liable for the amount even if they have not attended.
. "No shows" will be charged the full amount.
