    Llewellyn Louw

Municipal Valuer at city of cape town

In my current position, as Manager: Valuation Operations and Municipal Valuer at the Cityof Cape Town, my role is to lead and manage a team responsible for General and Supplementary Valuations of approximately 875 000 registered properties, as well as a host of activities associated with this including data collection, objection and appeal resolution. Unlike most valuers, I offer strong valuation modelling, statistical & data analysis and database management skills. My past experience in the private sector has exposed me not only to valuations, but also provided a solid foundation for my ability to conduct property economic research, to author property publications and to draft reports
