Andries is a Professional Valuer and Advocate and has been working in the valuation profession for 29 years in the private and municipal government sectors.  Andries is currently the managing director of Prime Property Valuers and serves as the chairman of various valuation appeal boards.  He has represented clients at appeal boards in his private capacity as well being the municipal valuer representing municipalities in said boards.

Jennifer Mathumbu a certified Professional Associated Valuer with decade of experience in the property valuation industry. More than a decade as management in government sector under Financial Accounting.

She specializes in providing accurate and unbiased property valuations for various purposes, including:

- Municipal rating
- Purchase and sale of property
- Dispute resolution, etc.

In-depth knowledge of Local Government: Municipal Property Rates Act (MPRA), and monitoring compliance thereof at the municipalities in Eastern Cape.
