Lezanne specializes in commercial investment sales and leasing on the North Coast in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.
After completing her studies in marketing & design, she moved abroad to explore her keen interest in the UK, US, and East. She soon discovered her undying passion for the property industry. Her experience has been gained in a wide context and it's this breadth of world view that has nurtured a degree of understanding of the property market that goes beyond her years. Lezanne has consulted with the largest blue chip national firms including companies listed on the NYSE, JSE, ASX and LSE.

Being passionate about property, Lezanne has generated a few hundred million rand in lease value and sales since she started her property career over 16 years ago. Lezanne has been acknowledged for outstanding letting performance and team leadership. She regularly attends independent courses and seminars to add to her already extensive background. Lezanne holds a PPRE (Property Practitioner in Real Estate) qualification and sits on the panel for the RODE Report on the SA Property Market.

Yianni Pavlou has broad industry experience across all aspects of the property industry with a particular focus on Investment property acquisitions.
He holds a B.Com (Honours) Degree from the University of Natal where he majored in Economics and Business Management. He also qualified as a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply in the UK having achieved their Professional Designation qualification. He has worked both locally and internationally within the Corporate business environment where he specialized in Supply Chain Management and Procurement.

After successfully investing in various properties in Durban and surrounding areas he co-founded Portfolio Property Investments. Driven by his passion and desire to excel in the property sector the company has enjoyed massive year on year growth.

Hard work, honesty and integrity are key ingredients to his recipe for success. Yianni is a fully certified Principal member of the South African Estate Agency Affairs Board and has achieved his NQF Level 5 National Certificate in Real Estate. He has also undertaken the PDE 5 examination and been awarded a Certificate of Professional Recognition as Master Practitioner in Real Estate (MPRE) by the Board.

Yianni is a well-respected individual with a diverse client base that offers repeat and referral business. His favorite past time and hobbies include Sport, reading and spending time with friends and family.

Frank is an experienced property executive, Frank is specialised in real estate advisory services – from complex property transactions and broking to property development, feasibility, planning and legal compliance. He has been involved in the conceptualisation and execution of successful property developments throughout KwaZulu Natal, working closely with large South African funds, private investors, international companies and key local stakeholders – from government to communities.
He has had experience in Development, Planning, Development Finance, Strategic Property Marketing, Asset Management and complicated property transactions and Corporate Real Estate Services assignments. Frank has been an active member of SAPOA and sat on various committees including the Property Transformation, Marketing and Research Committees and most recently was a member of the KZN Regional Council. He is passionate about the built environment and urban management and is a founding director and current Chairman of the Umhlanga UIP.
Passionate about environment and human-centred developments, Frank has leveraged his commercial expertise to drive developments across all property sectors, with particular emphasis on biodiversity management, landscape rehabilitation and the formalisation of conservation areas.
Frank has completed his PDE4 and has a law degree and MBA from the Universities of Kwa Zulu Natal and Cape Town together with several SAPOA/Property Courses including the well-respected Property Development Programme. He was previously Regional Director of Broll Property Group and COO of Fundamentum Asset Management.
