Bill began his career in military services in 1984 and what started as a career within the defence force developed over the decades into a career in property valuations.

Between 1988 & 1995 he was municipal official then progressed to the position of Town Secretary of the Modderfontein Town Council and later held the role of Acting Town Clerk.

Bill graduated with a B Com degree from UNISA in 1992 and within the following two years would acquire a Higher Diploma in Municipal and Administrative Law and a Graduate Diploma of the Institute of Town Clerks of Southern Africa from the University of Johannesburg.

He joined Massel Property Services as a Candidate Valuer in 1995, become a Professional Associated Valuer in 1997 and by 2002, got his title as a Professional Valuer. Bill also returned to UNISA in 2010 to acquire a B Tech Real Estate.

Bill has lectured at several events of the SAIV, the University of Johannesburg, SACPVP Pre-Qualification Examination Training Work-Schools and the International Property Tax Institute (IPTI) Conference in Ottawa, Canada in 2008.

Bill has worked on an array of projects which include but not limited to;
- Managing acquisition and / or expropriation of thousands of properties for national road purposes throughout South Africa.
- Acting for ESKOM on the Matla-Jupiter Project to acquire servitudes for overhead powerlines over approximately 309 properties between Springs and central Johannesburg
- Appointed by various national and international corporations for a variety of purposes, most notably the acquisition of a 4 000 Hectare development land portfolio by Chinese company Zendai International in 2013.

Dianne has been involved in Real Estate since 1993, initially as an estate agent and latterly as a valuer. She was the financial director of the KwaZulu-Natal Institute of Realtors from 1998 until 2001. Dianne completed the National Diploma in Real Estate (Property Valuation) and passed the admission examination in September 2009.
She is registered as a Professional Valuer (Reg No. 6479) with the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession since 2013 and has been a member of the South African Institute of Valuers (SAIV) and a KZN Branch Executive since 2009.
Dianne received her MBA in 2020. In May 2023, she was elected as President of the SAIV.
She also serves on the Audit and Risk committee for the Office of the Valuer General.

Motlatso Maloka started working as a Candidate Valuer in 1995 at the City of Johannesburg, and was later promoted to the position of Manager in Valuations, which coincided with the promulgation of the Municipal Rates Act. She worked for CoJ for 17 years.
She then joined the then Department of Rural Development and Land Reform as a Director in 2012 at the time when the Property Valuation Act was enacted and promulgated to effect the establishment of the Office of the Valuer-General. She was then transferred to the OVG as a Senior Manager to assist with the establishment of the entity. She was subsequently appointed into an acting role of the Acting Valuer-General in 2019.
Motlatso Maloka is a Professional Registered Valuer with the SACPVP. She is also a member of the South African Institute of Valuations (SAIV) wherein she has served as a Committee Member from 2011 to date. Motlatso holds a National Diploma in real Estate from Unisa (University of South Africa) and a BSc[Hons] in Real Estate from UCEM(University College of Estate Management).
