1. What is the schedule for the course?

2. How many hours per day would I need to allocate to the full course, including studying and video participation?
You should allocate approximately 7 notional hours per week.
3. How do the final exams/testing look?
You will be required to submit an assignment at the end of week 6 of the course, which will count towards your final grade.
Assessments will also be in the form of knowledge quizzes, assignments and participation in the discussion forum activities.
4. What are the daily times for the course?
There are no daily classes for the course. The course material will be provided to the students weekly, to work through in their own time.
There will be a weekly consultation session with an instructor on the Friday of each week for every module at 1pm.
5. What happens if I fail the final examination? Will I be given another opportunity?
Yes.
6. Is the short course accredited?
The short course is accredited by the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession, for 24 CPD/CET points.
7. How does the course payment work?

8. What NQF level is the course?
Short courses do not have assigned NFQ levels as a result of directives from SAQA, in order to avoid confusing short courses with formal qualifications.
9. Will I get a certificate at the end of the course?
Yes, you will receive a certificate of completion issued by the South African Institute of Valuers.
